<div><em><span lang="EN-US">PKM to improve the creativity of teachers of the Cluster Activity Center (PKG) of Biringkanaya District, Makassar City will be an alternative for teachers in fulfilling the improvement of professionalism as educators in providing creative and innovative learning with the method of using social media. The technological tools applied in this PKM are the website which is the domain of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya and the YouTube link of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya. The website and YouTube of PKG Kec. Biringkanaya will help the cluster activity center in developing its activities in education management, increasing teacher creativity, and making this social media a place for self-development as well as income for PKG Kec. Biringkanaya in producing visual works on social media. This PKM is carried out in five stages of implementation, namely the first socialization, training to improve teacher creativity in making digital videos using the Canva and Capcut applications, training in using the PKG Kec. Biringkanaya website, mentoring stage, stage of implementing appropriate technology, and evaluation and sustainability stage. With this PKM activity, PKG Kec. partners. Biringkanaya has enthusiasm and commitment in increasing creativity and seeking income from the visual works of partners that are applied in social media, websites, and YouTube partners. <div><em><span lang="EN-US">This research explores the important role of support in designing programs and training as a key element in improving community welfare in the area. The focus is on the strategies undertaken to strengthen the capacity of local communities in managing and sustainably utilizing the resources found in Malenrang Beach, Panaikang Village, East Sinjai Regency. The results of this study provide an in-depth look at the importance of two-way dialogue between service providers and communities, the provision of up-to-date information, and needs-based training in the context of tourism destination development. <div><em><span lang="EN-US">In the era of globalization, marketing strategy is a crucial factor for companies to survive and compete, especially in the culinary industry, such as Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory in Tebing Tinggi City. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on this sector, necessitating the adaptation of more effective marketing strategies, including employee training in product marketing. This study aims to analyze the marketing training strategy for employees of Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory in the post-pandemic period, in order to enhance their skills and competitiveness in product marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Rajawali Peanut Bread Factory. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that the marketing training strategy is carried out through the on-the-job training method, where employees are directly guided by senior staff in marketing products. Employees are also trained to utilize social media and direct promotions to consumers. This training has proven effective in improving employees' marketing capabilities and expanding the market reach of peanut bread products.</span></em></div>Wina Hanna SiregarElizon Nainggolan

<div><em><span lang="EN-US">Kambo Village, located in Palopo, South Sulawesi, has excellent potential to develop into a tourist destination emphasizing local customs and traditions. However, this potential has not been fully utilized because the quality of tour packages sold to tourists still needs to be improved. This article highlights the importance of developing tour packages in Kambo Tourism Village through a structured approach, which includes initial studies, tour package development, community education, and marketing and sales. This development should be based on a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strategies being considered include expanding natural and cultural tour packages, working with travel agencies, digital promotion, and improving facilities and amenities. With the right approach, Kambo Tourism Village can become a competitive and growing tourism destination, making a significant contribution to the economic improvement and welfare of the local community.</span></em></div>Islahuddin IslahuddinFarid SaidAndri Machmuri

<div><em><span lang="EN-US">The tradition of traditional ceremonies that are always carried out in a society is an ancestral heritage that is given or transmitted from generation to generation. In this case, the community receives various messages from their ancestors through the traditional ceremony. As we can see in a traditional ceremony of a post-harvest party in Teras Nawang village, Bulungan district, North Kalimantan Province. Pemung Bangen Leppa Ajau is a traditional tradition of the Dayak Kenyah Lepu’ Tau tribe which is one of the indigenous tribes in Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The Pemung Bangen Lepa’ Ajau Traditional Ceremony contains symbolic messages that are depicted in the 4 elements in the Traditional Ceremony. The decorative elements and ornaments in the Lamin Customary Hall of Uyau I’ot. These decorations and ornaments provide symbolic messages of life for the community. The second element is the Dance performed in the Pemung Bangen Lepa’ Ajau Traditional Ceremony. The third element is the Communal Pre-Event Activities and Traditional Food. The fourth element is the traditional clothing used in the Pemung Bangen Lepa’ Ajau Traditional Ceremony. These four elements are important points in Pemung Bangen Lepa’ Ajau. Through these elements, the community will gain a cultural experience that implies symbolic messages in the procession of the ceremony.</span></em></div>Wahyaning Prihastuti

<div><em><span lang="EN-US">Community Service Activities entitled Freshwater Lobster and Silkworm Cultivation, were carried out from September to November 2024. The need for freshwater lobster feed that is difficult to obtain makes natural feed such as silkworm cultivation, an alternative to be used as feed for freshwater lobster cultivation. In addition, Freshwater Lobster cultivation is still very rarely carried out in the Gorontalo area, thus providing opportunities and benefits for inmates to be able to become independent after leaving prison. The need for freshwater lobster feed that is difficult to obtain makes natural feed for larvae/fry such as silkworms, an alternative to be used as feed for freshwater lobster cultivation. <div><em><span lang="EN-US">This community service topic will analyze blood donation as an act of social solidarity. This community service discusses the motivation behind blood donation and how it creates social bonds among students across universities in Palu City. The method used in this community service is a motivational intervention to donate blood through social media and through social networks by utilizing the social capital that has been built by involving various agencies.
